As a therapist, I help individuals and couples move through life transitions, strengthen their relationships, and feel more grounded and authentic in themselves. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth, and I like to create a space where you can be curious, honest, and real.
I draw from emotion focused therapy, along with person-centered, strengths-based, and humanistic theories. That means I see you as the expert of your own life, and I believe in your natural capacity to grow and heal. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface — emotions, patterns, and needs — so you can understand yourself more deeply and connect more meaningfully with others.
I often work with adults and couples who are navigating big changes, working through intimacy challenges, or just trying to feel more aligned and connected in their lives.
