Absolutely! I obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work and my education program offered different tracks geared towards different professional goals. I always knew I wanted to be a mental health therapist but valued the systems approach that is at the core of Social Work values.

Yes! I accept Blue Cross, St. Lukes Health Plan, Select Health, Pacific Source, Mountain Health Co-op, and Regence. If you are unsure if I accept your insurance, please call the back of the number on your insurance to see if I am an in-network provider.

I offer both in person and telehealth sessions.

I work with individuals who are 18 and older. I will also accept individuals who are turning 18 within the next several months.
